Leftist encroachments into Western Civilization

Leftists call for death and destruction to save democracy. The irony of that statement is completely lost upon them.

Since the 1960s, under the Brandenburg decision, this violent speech is considered hyperbolic political speech, unless it can be proved the speech was an imminent incitement to violence.

This violent-speech standard from 1969 begs the question of relevancy 57 years later in today’s context of the ubiquitous TDS ideology saturating online interactions between the cadre of useful idiots – captive Leftist tools in various Maoist and Islamist cults.  

It’s naïve to expect mere calls for more genteel public speech to have much effect on groups who’ve already embraced death and violence as valid political speech.

And it’s also naïve to wait for break-out Leftists to go kinetic before law enforcement can respond. This turns law enforcement into custodians of forensic after-the-fact evidence, when victims have, foreseeably (!), been harmed, and maybe even killed.

In my 70+ years I’ve witnessed increasingly harmful Leftist derangement syndromes against all elected non-leftist majorities and executives. And between each election it gets worse.

The pattern is unmistakable and the only way to stop it is to impose kinetic – law enforcement – consequences on public speakers who use the 1^st Am. to shelter and excuse their deranged violent syndromes.

With much of the judiciary already captive by Leftist ideologies, American citizens cannot rely upon that branch of government to mitigate the threats. And since federal and state legislative leaders engage in violent hyperbolic public political speech, looking to those branches of government for solutions also appears to be fool’s errands.

What offsetting American power structures remain for relief from such violence?

• The people of course – the great majority of whom are not captivated by Leftist ideologies.
• Elected law enforcement – local sheriffs not appointed by Leftist mayors.
• And national police agencies when supported by the executive branch – though we’ve seen these agencies in corrupted mode when controlled by Leftist administrations.

Reversing Maoist and Islamist encroachments into our Western civilized society will require all of the above resources, and they must overcome the drunk-on-power lawyerly judicial and legislative hurdles intent on advancing the Leftist utopia.
