Coincident with one purpose of Elbert County’s Transportation Master Plan –to anticipate transportation requirements in a future Elbert County with links to employment centers in Arapahoe, Douglas and El Paso counties– perhaps CDOT should consider adjusting their planning focus for Elbert County.
