This article is about Ports to Plains<\/a>, a subject in which the TRW<\/a>\u00a0claim\u00a0expertise<\/a>.<\/font><\/p>\n

Necessity makes for strange bedfellows though.\u00a0 <\/span>The above authors are affiliated with the Reason Foundation<\/a>, a group of Libertarians that a couple of TRW Democrats would probably find disagreeable.<\/font><\/p>\n
