 [sic] \u201cThe four major\nCommunist basic beliefs \u2013 the heart and soul of dialectical materialism that\npretend to provide a complete explanation for the whole universe \u2013 the reasoning\nwhich gives an excuse to the Communist for her revolutionary violence and\namoral conduct:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Everything is a product of accumulated accident.\nThere is no design. There is no law. There is no God. There is only the force\nof nature which is right, good and natural.<\/li>
  2. Human beings are only graduated beasts and\ntherefore human life is no more sacred than that of an insect or an animal.<\/li>
  3. There is no such thing as innate right or wrong.\nThe ends justify the means. Ethics and morals are superficial and fraudulent.\nCommunist morality is whatever serves the struggle.<\/li>
  4. All religious superstition must be overthrown so\npeople become fully conscious of revolutionary spirit and able to steal or kill\nwhen leaders command.\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Obviously, Communist beliefs cannot coexist with the American\nConstitution, cannot coexist with the fundamental values written into the Declaration\nof Independence, deeply offend the religious beliefs of the great majority of\nAmericans, and deeply offend the civil, criminal, and common law principles of\njustice in American law and Western Civilization. An American Communist Party\nis a contradiction in terms. There is no reconciliation possible between the\ntwo systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our Government is instituted among Men who derive their just\npower from the consent of the governed, and who rely upon the\nLaws of Nature and of Nature’s God that entitle us to the self-evident truths\nthat all men are created equal, and that they are endowed by their Creator with\ncertain unalienable Rights \u2013 among them [not limited to] life, liberty and the pursuit\nof happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Communist disputes the metaphysical existence of\nGod, and upon that belief \u2013 for all metaphysical statements are beliefs \u2013\nconstructs a justified amoral system of human domination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We don\u2019t need to rely on supernatural vision into the\nmetaphysical realm to answer the question of the existence of God to assess the\nfundamental value of Western Civilization vs.  Communism. We have centuries of recorded history\nunder American law [Western Civilization] and Communist dictatorships to dispositively\nassess the two systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Each have produced drastically different outcomes in\nelevating human conditions out of poverty, out of slavery, out of disease, out\nof ignorance, and out of misery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By any measure, Communism fails its people \u2013 and not because it\u2019s not done right. It fails because it replaces the consent-based modality of human relations with a suppression-based law of the jungle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    People do more, create more, accomplish more, and\nare much happier, in the exercise of their free will, than when they take orders\nfrom the muzzle of a gun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    That generations of young Americans have been publicly\neducated to ignore these fundamental truths may be the greatest tragedy of our\ntime. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
