A prosecutor is not a disinterested party in the enforcement of criminal law. That&#8217;s one problem. <\/p>\n<p>The second problem is proving beyond a reasonable doubt all of the charges, to get convictions to mollify the Marxist mobs, which seems unlikely to occur on the facts of the case currently revealed. <\/p>\n<p>I expect Baltimore may have bought itself, and the country, a little breathing room, but that the Marxist mobs will barely break stride in their long march to impose American communism. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Went looking for a picture of Pikes Peak this morning but the fog did not lift.
