Gas task force meeting last Tuesday were <em>many<\/em> property owners with Oil &amp; Gas mineral interests.\u00a0 Everyone at the meeting, planner and audience member alike, seemed quite at ease with the proposal in the MOU to impose <a href=\"http:\/\/elbertcounty.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/ogr_mou_items_8_28_2012.pdf\">very expensive water quality testing protocols<\/a> on all future Oil &amp;
