{"id":2969,"date":"2012-06-13T00:30:24","date_gmt":"2012-06-13T07:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elbertcounty.net\/blog\/2012\/06\/13\/muggle-born\/"},"modified":"2012-06-14T23:42:49","modified_gmt":"2012-06-15T06:42:49","slug":"muggle-born","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elbertcounty.net\/blog\/2012\/06\/muggle-born\/","title":{"rendered":"muggle born"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve been writing this blog for a few years now.\u00a0 Before that I wrote a fair amount on Yahoo groups, various email lists, letters to fishwrap editors, etc.\u00a0 The 1st Am. has had its use-it-or-lose-it hooks into me since college.\u00a0 If we don&#8217;t write it, it won&#8217;t get written, and the country will be poorer for it.\u00a0 I figure it&#8217;s a duty of American citizenship.\u00a0 I&#8217;m sure the paper trail I&#8217;ve left will come back to haunt me in my dotage.\u00a0 Like the <a href=\"http:\/\/elbertcounty.net\/blog\/2012\/06\/12\/vet-before-you-vote\/\">previous blog item<\/a> &#8212;
