With much hoopla, the China Daily newspaper [English language edition of one of the government’s official newspapers], on November 13th, 2013, published a summary of the Communist Party of China’s 18th Central Committee’s Third Plenary Session. These sessions are closed meetings of top party officials that go on for several days before they release their findings to the press.
Two days later [actually a day and a half if you consider the time difference] on November 15th, Investors Business Daily published the following analysis.
