Questions for AG Suthers: 

Given the existence of prosecutorial discretion in deciding which cases to pursue, and given that the work of Douglas Bruce in limiting the growth of Colorado taxes and public debt is probably the main reason Colorado and its constituent public entities are as solvent as they are today, why do you continue to legally harass Douglas Bruce?

Given that federal taxes are collected without taxpayer consent to fund economic subsidies to banks, insurance companies, automobile manufacturers, agricultural producers,  space exploration contractors, and health care providers, to name only a view, on what grounds do additional tax collections and expenditures for Obamacare create a new constitutional violation?
