In the event of dismissal or resignation from the Board,<br \/>\nVolunteers for the vacated seat will be asked to apply. An interim volunteer to serve until the<br \/>\nnext regularly scheduled election will be selected by a vote of the Board from those interested.<br \/>\nThis vote shall be by secret ballot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.5in\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'\">Should the vacancy occur before the last year of the vacated seats term, the vacated seat will<br \/>\nbe filled during the next regularly scheduled election. During that election the seats that are<br \/>\nnormally up for election will be filled first by candidate(s) with the most votes. The candidate<br \/>\nwith the next highest number of votes, after the aforementioned candidates filling the normal<br \/>\nterm seats, will fill the remainder of the term of the vacated seat. It appears that Directors Berkenkotter and Hooper will occupy seats with short terms.
